The Leo Frank case in 1913-1915, is when Frank was convicted of the murder of 13-year old Mary Phagan. It is considered to be the beginning of the “Black-Jewish Relationship” in America. Researcher Steve Cokely explains in a Los Angeles speech in 1993.
