Lawsuit Against U.S. Government by the Family of Malcolm X

The family of Malcolm X filed a $100-million federal lawsuit that accuses the FBI, CIA and New York Police Department of complicity in his 1965 assassination.
The lawsuit, brought by Malcolm X’s daughter Ilyasah Shabazz and other family members, alleges the law-enforcement agencies concealed evidence of the murder plot.
